In compliance with legal and ethical standards, we will inform you if we have retained any personal information in our records within 60 days of receiving your request. Whenever possible, we will provide written explanations for our decision not to disclose your personal information. Our Personal Information Officer can be contacted if you disagree with our decision.

Accuracy of Personal Information

Our goal is to obtain as much accurate, complete, and current information about you as possible. We will correct or seek help to correct any incorrect personal information within 60 days if we discover it. In writing, you may request that we clarify or correct the personal information we have on file for you. A response will be sent to you within 60 days. We will provide you with our reasons in writing if we deny your request. You may appeal in writing to our Personal Information Officer if you disagree.
